How I Work
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I offer different settings to suit what feels most grounding for you.
The work, and who it's for
I work relationally – in short, this means our relationship with our ‘self’ and with others.
For some, therapy is about being heard clearly and without judgement.
For others, creative or nature-based approaches can help unlock what feels stuck.
We work together to find what is helpful – there is no fixed method imposed.
I work with people experiencing
Outdoors
Walking side-by-side can often feel less intimidating than sitting face-to-face in a room. The rhythm of walking and the changing environment can help process difficult emotions, providing a natural metaphor for moving forward.

Room-based
For those who prefer a contained, quiet, and predictable space. I offer sessions in a calm, discreet consulting room in Levenshulme – a space entirely dedicated to your process, away from the elements.

Remote
Online or telephone therapy offers flexibility and allows you to engage in the work from the comfort of your own home. Particularly helpful if travel is difficult, or you feel most secure in your own space.

Different starting points, the same steady approach
Everyone arrives in therapy from a different place. Below are some of the people I often support, and a sense of how I approach the work with each.

Layers
“Some histories are layered; the work is to notice what has held, what has weathered, and what is ready to move.”
